And what other lady could Justin be talking about, if the tweet is NOT about his adorable ladylove?!
It must get so lonely on tour, with hundreds of people constantly around, fussing over you, while millions of fans scream your name outside… no wonder Biebs is missing his Spring Breakers bad girl!
