Ill Payne is the latest Hip Hop artist coming hailing from Arima Trinidad & Tobago out of the HitMC records camp!

Ill Payne takes pride in being a Hip Hop artist. Being raised in Trini naturally it’s expected for Soca music to be the sound of choice. With his street album “Talk of the Town” he hopes to open the gates of stardom and have his music heard all over the world.

“Talk of the Town” or TOTT is a 15 track compilation that displays Ill Paynes versatility.
Although hes Known as the Punchline guru to his hardcore fans, his verstatility stretches from MCing to sound engineering, song writing to producing. ill Payne has been in the business since 2008 releasing radio singles and online mixtapes.
"Talk Of The Town" also Known as its Twitter Hash tag #TOTT is a project that is the 1st of its kind for ill Payne . “Talk of the Town” contains 100% original music, it is a collaborative project between Ill Payne and his producer Jaydotbeatz (Jaydobeatz created the beat and Ill Payne wrote the lyrics.)
“TOTT” features fresh talent, Dre Star (From Jamaica) Rapiny (From Trinidad) and also Flipo who is featured on a very controversial track Called "Krypton" where both artists takes a look at into the Local music industry, and world oppression.
Ill Payne has a track off his street album called S.O.C.A which means “Swagged out Caribbean Attitude” it features Jamaican Dancehall Artist/ Dancer Dre Star. The song seems very controversial mentioning other popular Caribbean Artist Machel Montano & Vybz Kartel. One of the most surprising things about this song is that it is not a SOCA track & has almost nothing to do with SOCA Music but more to do with Caribbean Culture Style & fashion. The song describes the interest & love Foreigners have towards Caribbean Culture & Lifestyle.
