Woman AWAKES FROM COMA Only To Discover…She’s 4 MONTHS PREGNANT
Last September, Gemma Holmes was driving a scooter in Hilperton, England, when she collided with a parked car. The impact reportedly caused her to fly across a busy road and slam into a lamp post.
Holmes suffered horrific injuries, including severe head injuries and a broken back. In a coma, the 26-year-old was airlifted to the hospital, where doctors didn’t think she’d survive.
Remarkably, about three months after the crash, Holmes awoke from the coma. Not only was she still alive, but she was told that she was almost 4 months pregnant.
According to SWNS.com, Holmes suffered amnesia as a result of the accident. Shecouldn’t remember what had happened over the last three years, including how she had met her baby’s father. (The child’s dad has since been located, but he and Holmes have not reunited romantically.)
“I was just in shock,” she said of receiving the surprising news.
