There is always talk about testosterone, but most of the talk always dances around muscle building. Here are some of the main reasons why both men and women do need testosterone. Yes muscle building is one of them but lets take a look at some of the other main reasons why this is a hormone that is important in both men and women.

Just by looking at a few of these reason it looks like it does play a key role in just about every human body on the planet. Male/female we all need this hormone. Whether it be to build muscle, get lean, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle and better quality of life testosterone plays the important role.
