Apps you should never remove from your Android phone: What to do if you remove crucial apps from your android device?
Previous: Top apps not to remove
If at all possible look for a replacement rom for the device! Easier said than done however since you only get replacements for the most popular devices.
This is what worked for me to reinstall important apps to my Blu Studio 5.3.
Download android commander or mobile go and install on your PC. Hopefully USB debugging was enabled on the device before you removed these! If possible try to get into the settings app and enable this!
Next you will need to Google and download the apk files for the particular os you are running on the device.
From there it's as simple as using the above software to load them into the phone.
Once everything goes right your phone will be almost good as new, or atleast usable.
I was never able to reinstall the status bar or the actual phone app however! Also what ever space was gained by deleting these critical apps were taken back up when they had to be reinstalled! Apps like Google play are also impossible to replace!
My take away from this experience is if you love to mess with your devices and tweak them, search for replacement rom options before you purchase the device in the first place! Or atleast make sure the specs are decent enough for your use.
Most low budget devices from unknown manufacturers don't really have software support. When I contacted Blu a Rep replied saying they don't supply users with replacement roms I'll have to go to my network carrier (who sent me back to Blu for software warranty).
