In reality, lacing up those corsets and adjusting the cups, straps, and snaps isn’t always so easy (especially if you might have indulged in a glass of Champagne before busting out your lacy underthings.) Jasmine Ines, a corset designer for Sin and Satin Custom Corsetry and Arielle Shapiro, designer and owner of Ari Dein lingerie, have saucy tips on how to foolproof your relationship with your lingerie.

If your sexy lingerie won’t peek from beneath your day-wear, you could be better off donning it before you head out for the night. "Already have your best pieces on beforehand," suggests Ines, "thus eliminating the need to change into something more comfortable.
