Novartis Pharma Logistics Inc. is recalling Triaminic Syrups, Theraflu Warming Relief Syrups, Jack & Jill brand pediatric syrups and Buckley's Complete Liquids due to faulty bottle caps...

The company stated that the child-resistant feature of the bottle cap which  enables the cap to be removed with the tamper-evident seal in place may not function properly.

The public is advised to stop using the products listed and return the products to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.

Novartis Pharma Logistics says only products in the original bottles will be considered for a refund.

The company says retailers and wholesalers should stop distributing the products and return them using the Novartis product return process…
