A name synonymous with musical hits in the Carnival season, Madmen Productions out of San Juan, Trinidad is penetrating harder than many may have anticipated ahead of Carnival 2013. In recent weeks, the team of enthusiastic, highly reputed producers have sweetened the sound of some of the country’s very talented entertainers, among them, Kees Dieffenthaller, for whom they produced the hit single, ‘Ah Come For Dat’. The guys have also produced Nessa Preppy’s ‘Turn Up The Sound’ and Machel Montano’s, ‘No Lie’ among a list of other top-notch soca tracks. Now, with the climax of the Carnival festival in clear sight, the MadMen Production team has started dropping a second cache of songs they’re certain will leave tongues talking. Amid that, they’re gearing up for the unveiling of a brand new online web series they’re calling, Behind the Vibez.
In addition to the music they’ve been creating, the MadMen team has been working hard at preparing the visual production for the world to understand just what takes place at the studio. Behind The Vibez was directed by none other than young, talented videographer, Kern Rose of Kern Rose Films and is set to take the online world by storm this season. According to the team, Behind the Vibez will feature never before seen footage of artistes such as Machel Montano, Bunji Garlin, Kees and others, as they create their musical masterpieces in tandem with the production team at MadMen. The online web series will be posted on video sharing website, YouTube on the MadMen channel, http//www.youtube.com/MadCampMusic, in the days ahead.
Separately, Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival landscape is one that is unique as compared to that of any other carnival experience in the world. At Madmen Productions, the hit makers bask in the joy of this exclusive energy. Taking the vibe of the street and melodically intertwining the rhythms and beats of a true carnival- loving people into each production that goes viral and hits the airwaves, the guys stake their reputation on providing the public with the best sound, bar none. In recent days, new music out of the MadMen studio has emerged, however wondering minds can rest assured that the ongoing delivery of the second batch of carnival hits from artistes such as Denise ‘Saucy Wow’ Belfon, Prophet Benjamin, Bunji Garlin, Kees and even Jamaica’s Mr. Vegas and TOK, will continue to peak their interest and truly create the vibe they desire this carnival.
The Madmen crew, which comprises, Madman Johann, Rykky Bobby and songwriters, Saga Boyz, are bent on creating a stir in the upcoming season. They are assuring that the Soca cannon is now re-loaded and the hits will continue to be released as the days roll on.
