Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez & Miley Cyrus Top Billboard's 21 Under 21… Again!
Justin Bieber has reason to act swaggy today!
The swaggalicious singer has been named the top spot of Billboard's #1 artist under 21 -years-old for the SECOND year in a row!
Coming in second place in Billboard's ranking of music's most powerful minors are the British gents of One Direction, followed by X-Factor judge Demi Lovato.
JB's lady love, Selena Gomez didn't quite as well as her main man. She dropped three spots to settle down in sixth place.
Oh well, at least she has Bieber to comport her!
