The Next iPhone Features New Touchscreen & Aluminum Back Panel
So this pic is supposedly the new two tone aluminum back of the next iPhone, which will feature a 3.95-inch screen with a 1136x640 resolution.
We hear that Apple is using a new type of touchscreen that will be 0.5mm thinner by integrating touch sensors directly on the LCD to eliminate the need for an additional touch layer.
All of that tech talk just means we'll seeing a better quality image on the screen and the device will be a hair thinner than it was before.
Like most technology, the new model seems to be all about what the phone already has, but making it smaller and faster. The nano-SIM card, for example, will reportedly be 40% smaller than current micro-SIM cards.
Sources are suggesting that by making everything smaller, the new iPhone will have more room for additional components. Hopefully Apple squeezes something pretty sweet in there!
