Not another one!

Last summer, a 20-year-old man passed away from a pulmonary embolism during a long marathon of playing Xbox. And now it's happened again!

An 18-year-old was found dead in an internet cafe in Taiwan where he had been playing Diablo III for 40 hours straight!

Although the cause of death has not yet been determined, authorities are speculating that sitting in a sedentary position created cardiovascular problems. Furthermore, reports say the teenager hadn't even taken a break to eat for two days during his marathon.

So sad!

This just goes to show that too much of a good thing is never a good thing. We understand that video games are a fun escape from reality, but avoiding reality completely while playing them is dangerously excessive.

Make sure your kids are getting up and getting some exercise in between all that time they spend on the computer or in front of a TV!
