Rapper and business mogul Jay-Z has added yet another artist to his fast growing, star studded team!

Put your diamonds in the sky for M.I.A. -- she's just signed a deal with Jay's management company Roc Nation!!!

M.I.A. joins Hov's long list of artists under his management co., including Rihanna, Santigold, Shakira and Wale!

Though M.I.A. is still signed to Interscope in terms of publishing, recording and distribution, Jay's biz will cover all her artist management needs!

The Sri Lankan recording artist is also still hanging onto her own label under Interscope, called N.E.E.T., which recently released Rye Rye's new album Go! Pop! Bang!, and is currently in the studio working on a forthcoming album!

We can't wait to see what Jay has in store for the Paper Planes songstress!!!
