John Travolta is being sued for assault... AND sexual battery by a masseur!

And this masseur is a MAN!

The story goes that the anonymous masseur was hired for a massage, but John had other plans -- mainly that he tried to have sex with him. Among the claims is that John touched his scrotum and penis after stripping down in front of the plaintiff.

The lawsuit goes on to say that John apologized for his behavior, but that didn't stop him. Apparently he (allegedly) continued to bring up the idea of sex and that they should have a three-way with a, "Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex and to be double penetrated."

The suit even says John admitted that he "got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back, Kotter days."

WHAT?!?!

Afterwards the man asked to be taken back to where he was picked up and received double his fee, which was $800... and is now seeking $2 mil in general damages and court costs!

Here's what John's reps had to say:

"This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie...On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."

Wow!

We're speechless! If it can be proven that John was away, well, what a terrible person this plaintiff is for even thinking to do this! We're not sure how they're trying to get 15 minutes of fame by remaining anonymous... Either way, it sounds like it'll be squashed quickly with an alibi.
