Billy Ray Cyrus Speaks Out After Miley's VMAs Performance! Says She's Still His 'Little Girl!'
Papa Cyrus is making his feelings known!
Miley Cyrus basically shocked the world when she took her twerks-a-lot show to a new level at the VMAs.
But, according to her daddy, Billy Ray Cyrus, she's still the apple of his eye and can do absolutely no wrong.

The Achy Breaky Heart defended his daughter, saying:
"Of course I'll always be here for Miley. Can't wait [to] see her when she gets home. She's still my little girl and I'm still her dad regardless how this circus we call show business plays out. I love her unconditionally and that will never change."
Now THAT’s what we call real love.
Most dads would have mortified by Miley’s display, but Billy Ray is keeping his chin up.
