Mr. Spine was interviewed by our very own Yinka Marie Jones. She got to know this talented individual!

Shawn Stewart AKA Mr. Spine was born 10th September 1986 in central Trinidad. He was always musically inclined. Music is his passion! He listened to music by various artistes from Stevie Wonder to Buju Banton! Eventually he had to produce his own music! During his adolescence music transformed from a playful pass time to a passionate career goal.

Mr. Spine was the inventor of and first to produce "Dancehall Chutney" with Beenie man and Neesha B. He has also produced tracks for Shabba Rankin and soca star KMC. Others on this list include Shurwayne Winchester, Kees the Band, Terri Ganzi, Konshens, Luni Sparks and Electrify and the Meritol Family. He is also responsible for a new generation of artistes such as Buffy, Orlando Octave, Kerry John, Father Moses and Makamillion.

"The ability to hear beyong the sound" proves to be Mr. Spine's greatest asset as he creates his music/entertainment empire! Expect to see fashion, acting and so much more from him!
