What is true beauty?

Our society today suggests that true beauty comes from make-up. It also suggests that the more fake things you wear the more beautiful you are and the more people are going to like you.  Society is filling our mind and our children's mind with the wrong concept of beauty, especially for our girl children.  This gives our children a complex feeling about themselves.

I believe that beauty comes from within, it’s not about the colour of your eyes, how long your hair is or how big your boobs or butt is. It’s about your behavior, your actions, how you treat others.  At the end of the day you can have ALL of those things and have the worst personality, which just makes you ugly.

Audrey Hepburn was a wise woman she once said, “ The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.” I think every person should strive to reflect their inner beauty and not the facial. Do not change your outter appearance if you're not willing to change your inner appearance.

This also goes for guys just because they wear nice clothes, the shiniest jewelry and the fattest wallet doesn’t make him handsome. It shouldn’t be about what he wears or what’s in his pockets but it should be about the reflection of his soul.

True beauty comes from within, man cannot manufacture it. So next time when you’re looking in the mirror remember that you are beautiful and don’t let society bring you down because what they consider beautiful may not  be what true beauty is
