Toni Braxton is getting sued for theft!

A newly filed lawsuit accuses the singer of stealing $57,000..... in advertising! (Whaaaat?)

How can you take advertising? The company suing Braxton claims she and the producers of her WEtv reality show, Braxton Family Values, agreed to pay them $57,322.29 to put posters for the show all over the country.

National Promotions & Advertising says it's been over a year and they STILL haven't been paid. They're suing the singer for the money owed to them plus "damages," of course!

The thing is.... TONI DON'T CARE!

Her reps say:

"The singer is not involved in marketing budgets or payables for the series, and says such decisions are handled by WEtv."

Translation: WE's problem, not hers!

Hope she's right! We would hate to see Toni get into any more finical troubles.
