To teenyboppers and fans All Around The World, Justin Bieber’s voice may sound as sweet as a symphony...but to one Belieber’s mom, his voice is anything but!

Tomorrow will mark two years ago that Stacey Wilson Betts brought her daughter to a Bieber concert in Portland Oregon -- one which she’s saying left her with Bieber Fever PERMANENT ear damage!

The woman claims that during one part of the show, the Biebs pointed at various parts of the audience, which she claims “enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.”

Since Justin was seated upon a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" at this point, Betts believes it acted as a sound conductor, and, due to a “sound blast,” ended up damaging her hearing in both ears!

The condition the woman now suffers from as a result from the Belieber screams is called tinnitus -- an ailment where she hears a pulsing sound constantly, causing her to lose sleep!!

Betts has now filed a lawsuit against Justin, his record label, the concert promoter AND the arena, suing them for $9.23 MILLION in damages.

No word yet from the Biebs’ camp...but let this be a lesson to all Beliebing moms and dads --bring earplugs!
