1. Cleanse

So I know some of us like that squeaky clean feeling, especially those with oily skin but its important that we strike a balance between that "squeaky" clean feeling, which is usually a sign that our face has been dried out and completely deprived from the essential sebum produced by our skin and cleanliness. Cleanliness ensures that all bacteria and microbes are removed from the skin, along with excessive oils. Our Gentle Milk Facial Cleanser is a non-foaming mild cleanser that is good for any skin type. The soothing agents of aloe, milk, chamomile distillate, lavender distillate and green tea extract make this cleanser ultra mild and refreshing. The gentle, natural exfoliating agents of organic multi-fruit acids found in bilberry extract, sugar cane extract, sugar maple extract, orange fruit extract, lemon extract and cranberry extract leave your skin feeling clean, but not stripped. Non-foaming milk cleansers are very effective cleansers for oily, dry, mature, sensitive and normal skin types. We recommend this cleanser as the first step in your skin care regimen.

2. Deep Cleanse

In our regimen we sometimes under-estimate the importance of a deep clean. Clay masks are an essential aspect to your weekly regimen. Whether you are acne-proned or not, whether you have dry skin or oily skin, whether you would like a brighter complexion or not there is a clay type suited for your skin. Clays work with minerals and ionic content to go deep within your pours and remove dirt and bacteria before they can take negative effect on the surface, i.e. acne. We will advise you to visit our collection of clays and choose one best-suited for you. White kaolin clay is one of the best clays for deep cleaning all skin types.

Use our white kaolin clay for a smooth healthy glow! Kaolin Clay is the mildest of all clays and is also suitable for people with sensitive skin. It helps stimulate circulation to the skin while gently exfoliating and cleansing it. It does not draw oils from the skin, so it can also be used on dry skin types without negative results. Kaolin Clay is high in calcium, silica, zinc and magnesium, which are also beneficial for oily, blemished skin and preventing breakouts in other skin types. The clay's mildly drying and disinfectant properties help heal existing blemishes and inflammations, while preventing new ones from forming. Traditionally, clays are used to reduce swelling and inflammation, and to draw impurities from the skin. Clays are made up of different mineral contents, and each clay type has a different effect on the skin. The high mineral content of White Kaolin Clay rejuvenates the skin while the clay exfoliates and stimulates blood circulation to the skin. Regular use of clay facials will remove dead skin cells, improve circulation to the skin, remove debris from the pores and bring about a smooth healthy glow.

3. Moisturise

Now, notice I missed 'tone'. With the deep-cleansing astringent properties of the clay mask, and depending on how regularly you use it, toning can be limited to the days when the clay is not used. We recommend a gentle toner, that is not too harsh on the face with anti-bacterial properties. Eco-Truffles will be introducing a line of toners soon. In the meantime, we recommend a moisturiser with both moisturising and astringent properties. This is the perfect blend provided by our Rosehip and Hibiscus Facial Serum. This fabulous Serum is beneficial for all skin types. Rosehip oil is a rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids & vitamin C, is high in gamma linoliec acid (GLA), and contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (vitamin F), also known as essential fatty acids (EFA). Hibiscus extract, with its antioxidant properties, blends perfectly with the rosehip oil to create a synergetic combination for all skin types. Hibiscus is widely used in India for its natural astringent properties. This serum is packed with DMAE, MSM and vitamins A, B, C & E for added skin care results. Skin Care Challenge

Every customer that orders any of our face and skin care products can enter the challenge. We are offering special prizes for two categories
1. Best Skin
2. Most Improved Skin

There will be a panel of diverse judges that will determine the winners of these categories. In the event of ties, all winners will receive prizes.
Customers need to post before and after pictures. One taken right before using Eco-Truffles and the other 2 weeks and 4 weeks after using Eco-Truffles.
