50 Cent's
 SUV was apparently involved in a serious collision with a Mack Truck on the Long Island Express way Monday Night.
The bullet-proof SUV supposedly flipped over.
50 was placed on a stretcher and taken to a nearby hospital in Queens, where he is being treated for possible neck and back injuries.
50's driver is also in the hospital.
The driver of the truck claims he had just ended his shift and lost control of the vehicle.
We hope hope HOPE NO ONE involved is severely harmed.
