Charisse Lee Quai has always pursued a musical career, performing in local talent shows to singing back up and now pursuing what has always been a dream of hers, becoming a recording artist. Follow Charisse as she shows how determination and hard work, when following a passion can become a reality. Working on her upcoming album, raising kids and overcoming obstacles, Charisse is determined to make it happen!

-Winner of JR CARIBBEAN SONG FESTIVAL(TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO)
-3RD PLACE HACKNEY EMPIRE(LONDON) 1998
-1ST PLACE MS ENVY UK 2001(TALENT AND BEAUTY COMPETITION)
-2009 TORCH HOLDER AWARD FOR HER DEDICATION TO MUSIC FROM THE BLACK MUSICIANS &SONG WRITERS UNION.(USA)
EXPERIENCE:
-CHARISSE LEE QUAI has really had a extensive career in music , both in the UK and USA, working with the likes of MAXI PRIEST,CRAIG DAVID,SHOLA AMA,KIM DAVIS,RON GRANT,JASON TORRES(BACKGROUND VOCALS ALBUM) and even performed alongside Jazz great and renowned JAZZ harmonica artist SUGAR BLUE.
Working with WARNER BROTHERS BELGIUM,SOUL 2 SOUL & THE HIT FACTORY under well known JAZZY B & MADLA(UK) CHARISSE LEE QUAI has also been an active member of the SINGERS & SONGWRITERS GUILD OF ISLINGTON UK.
Continuing her music career while in the United States CHARISSE LEE QUAI has performed at well known spots such as:
THE VILLAGE UNDERGROUND (NY)
CAFE' WA (NY)
SUGAR BAR(NY)
TERRA BLUES (NY)
CHARISSE LEE QUAI continues to give back to her community by volunteering and really has become passionate to her cause, promoting and always visiting SAFE HORIZONS(NY), a shelter for BATTERED AND ABUSED WOMEN. bringing awareness and giving motivational and inspirational speeches to the women at the shelters.
The time has come for CHARISSE LEE QUAI to now continue her pursuit of becoming an even more successful performing artist and promoter of great music, looking forward to being a great example to young women who continue to dream ,despite Life's challenges.
Letting her music speak for itself CHARISSE is now more determined to make it happen!
