PRESS STATEMENT:

It is with great regret that the Board of Directors of Fashion Week Trinidad & Tobago announces its decision to cancel FWTT for 2011.

“Despite the overwhelming success of the past three years and the Prime Minister’s pledge of support last year to the development of the fashion industry, our non-profit organization simply does not have the sponsorship support to undertake the initiative this year,” said FWTT Chairman Dianne Hunt. “We are extremely disappointed to have to make this decision and sincerely hope to rally the necessary support to continue the crowning event of our programme in 2012.”
