Many of us bought iPhone 4 and other models off ebay, from a friend of a friend etc. However if you did like me and updated to iOS7 then chances are you were unable to get the original owner to activate the phone for you.... So far, as of this writing there's no official way to get around this..... I'm hoping there is a way to fully use the phone soon.. Follow the steps below, some people say they get the phone fully usable, some like myself can't make calls, facetime or get push notifications :( However you are able to sync with iTunes or even JailBreak (which is a plus).

Ps. If the steps below don't work try opening iTunes and restore the software on the phone. By default iTunes will only ask for the original's owner credentials but you can put the phone in DFU mode by:
1) plug the phone in
2) hold power and home until it turns off but do not release!! (you will hear a sound on the pc)
3) release the power button (you will hear another sound on the pc and the phone will remain blank)
4) go to iTunes and restore.
It may be a good idea to do this before proceeding so you start with a clean slate! However if you didn't do anything to the phone since it was locked you can feel free to proceed.

Here it is people, the video and tutorial of the complete iCloud activation bypass. This works as long as you follow all of my directions and have the correct files which I will provide. I know many doubted but here is partial proof in the pudding, you can follow this tutorial now and bring your iPhone back to life.

The greatest thing of all here is that you can add your own iCloud credentials and totally reclaim the iPhone as yours. In addition, iTunes detects the phone as activated and so does evasi0n which means you can also jailbreak your device freely.
