Rihanna organized a stylish funeral for her grandma, which cost an enormous sum. The funeral house asserts that she did not take care of the bill and that they will have to sue the singer. Asked for comment Rihanna’s representative said that the bill is settled. She does not owe anything else and the claims are “completely false”.

The funeral took place in June 2012, when the body of Clara Brathwaite was sent to Barbados for the sad event. Rihanna wanted the best for her beloved grandma and she ordered a party in a garden, covered with tents, large multimedia screens, expensive floral arrangements with exotic bouquets – she went to great lengths to show her respect as a grand-daughter.

But just like parties, funerals come with a hefty price tag. The company that threw this grandly styled event claims that the bill surpassed $150,000, but Rihanna paid only a quarter of the sum and then refused to pay more.
The civil claim pleads that Rihanna declared the bill was unreasonable and refused to settle the account with the funeral company, which supports their case with the assertion that Rihanna’s orders came at a massive price.
