Most strip clubs bend over backwards to keep Charlie Sheen happy -- but this one is not taking his threats lying down!

The Warlock is still pretending to be totally flabbergasted by Cheetahs strip club for naming their VIP room after him, and refusing to change it when he asked nicely threatened legal action.

Now, the club's owner says they're throwing a "naked party" in the "Sheen Room" Friday night just to spite Charlie!

You would think Sheen would LOVE that -- but instead he's worried the club will further tarnish his "reputation." LOL!!!

The Masheen is SO mad he has his lawyer saying:

"The club's ongoing efforts to attract media attention by using Charlie Sheen's name and mischaracterizing the nature of his legal claims are more blatant attempts to promote the club by wrongfully exploiting my client's publicity rights without his consent."

WHAT?

Obvi, Charlie needs to drink some Tiger blood and chill out.

Anyone who got famous from having a famous family, a coke induced breakdown and a harem of "goddesses" should NOT be taking themselves quite so seriously!
