Yahoo And Facebook Legal Battle Getting NASTAY!

PEOPLE! The internet is NOT A PLACE FOR FIGHTING!!

Ok...maybe it is...but Yahoo and Facebook should be playing nice!

Yahoo is suing the pants off of Facebook for allegedly infringing upon TWELVE of its patents.

The internet portal has been fighting Jesse Eisenberg Mark Zuckerberg's team for six weeks and they have actually upped their original charges from 10.

But, Yahoo is denying that they infringed upon any of Facebook's patents. The company also believes Facebook is being down right shady. And the fight isn't one-sided: Facebook is countersuing Yahoo as well.

Tsk, tsk, tsk...the internet can be a confusing and controversial tool sometimes...

Good news for AOL and Myspace though!
